Welcome! I’m Amish.


I'm a competitive powerlifter, former competitive tennis player, recreational bodybuilder, and online fitness coach.

If you've grown tired of all the personal trainers, fake supplements, false promises, and the burden they've all had on your wallet, then you've come to the right place. I've dedicated my life to strength training and all the lessons that come with it. I've spent thousands of hours researching functional exercise science, nutrition, physical therapy and so much more in order to build my strength in the safest and most efficient way possible.

The reality is that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution to reaching your goals. But while there's no shortcut, some strategies are more efficient than others - it all depends on the person. A strategy that works well for someone else might not be the best for you, and vice versa. 

​

I created Menon Strength with the goal of helping you find your optimal training program - a program that suits your goals, your lifestyle, and your capabilities. While I'm extremely humbled by client success stories, I still work with each client around the clock to ensure that they are on track toward their goals. As time goes on, you can rest assured that your training program will stay with you, change with you, and grow with you.
